Mosaic Grout

Available in 500gram and 1.5 kilogram containers

Used to fill the intestices (gaps) between tesserae, grout is available in a large range of colours including:

• Charcoal
• Capucchino
• Moss Green
• Silver Blue
• Beige
• Baby Pink
• Mint Green
• White

Colours can be custom mixed on request.

Note:

Grout should be mixed and used in a well ventilated area, using disposable gloves. Do not put grout down the sink.

Directions

• Mix with clean water to form a thick (non-slumping) paste
• Apply to mosaic project
• Use damp sponge to wipe off excess grout
• Leave for 24 hours for grout to set
• Buff finished mosaic project with soft, dry cloth

Mosaic Adhesive - water based

Available in 125ml resealable bottles this waterbased adhesive is used for applying mosaic tesserae directly onto timber and MDF or craftwood products. This adhesive will dry clear.

Not suitable for use on terracotta or concrete.

Intended for indoor use only. Water clean up.

Directions

• Use direct from bottle
• Shake well before use
• Apply to clean dry surface
• Position mosaic pieces onto adhesive and apply gentle pressure
• Allow to set - drying time will vary depending on conditions of use

Mosaic Adhesive - flexible acrylic

Available in 185gram and 600gram containers.

Used for applying mosaic tesserae to terracotta, concrete and most outdoor applications, flexible acrylic adhesive is excellent for use on three dimensional items due to its strong holding capacity.

Flexible acrylic adhesive can also be used on timber where the finished mosaic project is intended for indoor use or where the timber is suitable for outdoor use.

Water clean up.

• Apply to clean, dry surface
• Position mosaic pieces onto adhesive and apply gentle pressure
• Allow to set - drying time will vary depending on conditions of use

Mosaic Adhesive - cement based

Available in 500gram and 1.5 kilogram containers

Used for applying mosaic tesserae to terracotta, concrete and most outdoor applications, cement adhesive comes in a powdered form. Mixed with water it forms a strong, waterproof adhesive.

Not suitable for use on timber.

Powder should be mixed with water to form a thick, non-slumping mixture the consistency of toothpaste.

Water clean up.

The Mosaic Essentials range provides a variety of mosaic tesserae and add-ons essential for completing a truly unique mosaic project.

Ranging from ornaments, pebbles and shells, to glass tiles and mirror, the Mosaic Essentials range will vary on demand.

Some items in the range are packed based on weight eg pebbles and shells and are supplied packed in containers. Other items in the range are packed based on number of items eg glass tiles are available in packs of 10 tiles or 25 tiles, and are presented in resealable plastic bags.
